Placing and handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it. Without your data we can not process orders and processing this personal data is necessary to execute the agreement. If you do not want to provide these details, then unfortunately you cannot place an order.
We use your name and address to process the order. We will pass on your personal data to our delivery service in order to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We do not receive any other data from third parties.
The legal basis for processing is your consent. We only use your data to process the order you have placed.
We store certain data for seven years in accordance with the legal obligation to retain. Data that is not necessary for this retention obligation will be deleted at the latest one year after completion of the order. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete this data no later than three months after you unsubscribe.
Contact form, Reseller request and Newsletter
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. We use your e-mail address and name and address details (if you provide them). We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information for up to six months after our last contact, unless there are grounds to keep the information longer, such as a possible dispute.The reseller application form allows you to indicate your interest in selling our products through your store. This form is for stores only, not for individuals. For this we use your name and address information as well as information related to your store (e.g. chamber of commerce number and website url). We use this information to investigate possible cooperation. If you provide this information, you consent to this. We keep this information for up to six months after our last contact, unless there are grounds to keep the information longer, such as a possible dispute.You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link that immediately ends your subscription to the newsletter. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers if you give permission. You can withdraw this permission at any time. Your data will be kept for three months after you have unsubscribed. We do enter the data into the mailing system so that you can receive the newsletter. We have made agreements with this party about the protection of your data.
Provision to third parties
