Packaging & shipping

How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packed plastic-free with as little packaging material as possible. Often we can reuse packaging materials from our own suppliers.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day, so you will probably receive it the next day, including Saturday. If you order between Friday 15:00 and Monday 15:00 we will ship your order on Monday and you will probably receive your order on Tuesday. Unfortunately we have no influence on the delivery service, so we cannot guarantee when you will receive your package. As soon as the parcel is registered you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace information by e-mail.
When will my order be delivered?
PostNL delivers most parcels the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday) and otherwise within two delivery days. But keep in mind that delays may occur during busier periods, especially in November and December.
What are the delivery charges?
We ship every order within the Netherlands for free! To Belgium the shipping costs are € 4,95. Would you like to send the order to another country? Please contact us at [email protected]
Is shipping abroad also possible?

Exchanges & Returns

What should I do if I want to return my order or a product?
It happens. You're looking forward to the package you ordered, but you've changed your mind or a child already has it. Unused items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

You have returned an item and are waiting for a refund. Once we receive the item in good condition we will refund the amount no later than 14 days.

Your statutory cooling-off period Under the law, as a consumer (a natural person not acting in the exercise of his profession or business) you have the right to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days after you received it. This is the right of withdrawal, the legal cooling-off period.

During this legal cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and operation of products. The premise here is that this inspection may not go any further than you would in a physical store. If the inspection goes further than described above, you are liable for the depreciation in value of the product.

For the return process based on the legal right of withdrawal, please follow the regular process as stated above under "How do I return an item?".

After the dissolution, you still have 14 days to return the product. Please include your order number in the return package. Amounts already paid by you will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days, after the dissolution of the agreement and the return of the product, in the same way as the order was paid for.

Please note that return shipping is at the customer's own expense.
