Using these building cards, children are introduced to educational topics through play with Coblo. Children have to look closely at the image and then replicate it. This trains their visual memory, as well as the ability to recognize shapes, colors, and patterns and place them spatially. In addition, replicating a card requires attention and focus. Children learn to complete a task step by step and experience success when the replication succeeds, which boosts their self-confidence.

Don't have Coblo at home yet? Then buy these building cards in combination with one of the Coblo base sets (classic or pastel).

Open-ended toys

Coblo is open-ended toy, which means there are no predetermined rules. Children decide for themselves what they are going to build. This helps to express children's creativity and imagination – something that is good for their development. Every time, they think of something different: castles, animals, rockets, vehicles, and much more. Nothing is too crazy! They surprise not only others but also themselves. This creates pride and extra fun. And the older the child gets, the richer the creations: from 2D to 3D and from flat shapes to tall towers – Coblo grows with every phase of children's development.

In addition, children will regularly burst out laughing when they get to knock over a structure again.

Educational toys

Besides being a lot of fun, Coblo is also an educational toy. On the one hand because of its open-ended nature, which stimulates imagination and creativity. On the other hand because the different shapes and colors of the blocks ensure that the magnetic building blocks can be used for many different learning goals.

With the Coblo Building Cards, children discover colors, shapes, and structures through play. This set fits perfectly with the principles of Montessori education, in which children discover, try, and learn for themselves. The cards challenge children to sort colors and replicate simple and more difficult structures. Playing becomes building, and building becomes learning!

Thanks to the fine size of the Coblo bricks and the characteristic star structure, children have a good grip. This stimulates both fine motor skills and the spatial awareness of young builders.

Educational, creative, and development-oriented – ideal for at home and in the classroom!
