What makes Coblo different from others?
Coblo is a Dutch brand that distinguishes itself through the unique star design in the tiles, which helps to reduce scratches. Moreover, the range goes beyond just magnetic tiles, including tile toppers, marble runs, and various other extensions that invite open-ended play, at home and at school. Coblo tiles feature the strongest magnets in the category, enabling sturdy and tall structures. In addition, Coblo stands for safety and only brings products to market that have an extra-safe finish using rivets in the corners. These ensure that the tiles remain securely closed, so that children can play safely and without worry.
What age is Coblo suitable for?
Coblo is suitable for children aged 3 to 12. Younger children start by sorting by color and simple shapes, while older children build complex 3D constructions. In this way, the toy grows with the child's age and remains interesting for years. Because there are small magnets in the tiles, Coblo is for children over 3 years old.
Is Coblo safe?
All Coblo products are made of certified ABS plastic, are BPA and phenol-free, and have been independently tested by TÜV or SGS International. Coblo complies with CE, EN71, REACH, and SVHC certifications. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts. In addition, Coblo exclusively markets magnetic tiles that are finished with extra safety in mind, featuring rivets in the corners. These ensure that the tiles remain securely closed, allowing children to play safely and without worry.
Are Coblo tiles compatible with other brands?
All Coblo sets can be combined with each other and are also compatible with other brands of magnetic tiles.
Are there cards with examples of what you can build with Coblo?
With all Coblo sets of 35 pieces or more, you will receive a free inspiration booklet (with the exception of the 35-piece marble run) featuring fun ideas of what children can build.

What are Coblo Tile Toppers?
Coblo tile toppers are thin theme cards in the size of a magnetic tile. Thanks to the black base layer with iron particles, the toppers stick firmly to the magnetic tiles, but can also be easily removed. Think of roads, letters, numbers, or animals. They transform the basic set into educational toys for language, math, puzzles, or imaginative play. Look here for all varieties.
The toppers are not magnetic themselves and only work in combination with magnetic tiles. You need the Coblo magnetic tiles to stick the toppers to a refrigerator or whiteboard, for example.
Is Coblo also suitable for the classroom or at school?
Certainly, Coblo is the number 1 brand in schools. Coblo is widely used in both Montessori and mainstream education. We have a unique XL set specially designed for schools. This set contains 250 Coblo tiles, as well as a set of assignment cards for 100 educational tasks that can be completed with the Coblo tiles. These tasks make learning about letters, numbers, colors, basic shapes, fractions, and more fun.
What is the size of the Coblo tiles?
The square tiles from the basic sets are 7.5 x 7.5 cm. The mini tiles are 3.75 x 3.75 cm and the XL tiles are 15 x 15 cm.
How do I clean the Coblo tiles?
Easily clean Coblo with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or other chemicals. Do not submerge the tiles in water, as this can cause moisture to enter the tiles.
Are the tiles water-resistant?
No, Coblo magnetic tiles are not waterproof. Therefore, do not submerge them in water. If water does get between or inside the tiles, stand them upright so the water can drain out and the tiles can dry thoroughly.
What is Coblo made of?
Coblo is made of MABS plastic. This is a transparent, strong plastic that combines the clear appearance of PMMA with the durability of ABS. The Coblo tiles are completely BPA-free.

How can I pay?
You can pay via iDeal, Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, MobilePay.

Can I also purchase Coblo on invoice?
Yes, that is possible. Would you like to order Coblo on invoice, for example for a school or daycare center? Please fill in your details and the desired products via this link. We will ensure the order is processed and send you an order confirmation in advance.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Order on a working day before 10:00 PM? Then we will ship your order the same day. In most cases, you will receive your package the next day, including on Saturdays.
Orders placed between Friday 10:00 PM and Monday 10:00 PM will be shipped on Monday. Usually, your order will then be delivered on Tuesday.
As soon as your package has been registered with the delivery service, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with Track & Trace information. Please keep in mind that we are dependent on the delivery service and therefore cannot provide a guarantee regarding the exact time of delivery.
My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
First, check whether the package was left with the neighbours, around your home, or in a designated spot. Also, check the information in Track & Trace.
Unfortunately, it happens more and more often that the delivery service indicates that a package has already been delivered, while it is only delivered the next day. We therefore advise you to wait one day first. If you still have not received the package after that, please contact us at support@coblo.eu so that we can look into it with you.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery service delivers most packages on the next delivery day, from Monday to Saturday. In some cases, delivery takes 2 business days.
During busy periods, such as in November and December, your package may be in transit for a little longer. You can follow the current delivery status via the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation.
What are the delivery costs?
We ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium for free. For shipping to other countries within Europe, you pay a delivery fee of €4.95.
Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order or a product?
It is, of course, possible that you have changed your mind, the item is not quite what you were looking for, or a child already has the gift. Unused items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
You can easily register your return via our returns portal. To do so, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once registered, you can print a shipping label and attach it to the package. Then, drop off the return package at a PostNL point.
As soon as we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest. The costs and risk of the return shipment are for the account of the sender.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order.
What should I do if I have received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete item?
That is, of course, not the intention. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@coblo.eu and include your order number. Please also include clear photos of the item received, the packaging, and any damage. We will then work with you to determine the best solution. In this case, do not register the item directly as a regular return so that we can provide you with the correct instructions first.
What are the return costs?
The costs for returning an order are at your own expense. You can see the exact return costs when registering your return in our returns portal. The risk of the return shipment lies with the sender until we have received the package.
